A--CLE Bootcamp Series-- “Bad Faith"

On Thursday, Chris Middleton will present “Bad Faith” as part of the firm’s Bootcamp Series.  Through discussion and case examples, the presentation will provide an overview of both first-party and third-party bad faith claims.  The presentation will highlight key terminology, address fundamental concepts, and address various theories under which bad faith can be alleged.

Lunch will be provided in the Chicago office.

Attendance at this session is mandatory for attorneys who started at the firm in the past 12 months.  All other attorneys are welcome to attend.
