- Pre-approval required for: multiple timekeepers in attendance at meetings, court appearances, etc.; long-distance travel expenses of 25 miles or more in one direction; out of town travel; internal and external messenger/courier services; external photocopy services; research in excess of 5 hours on one topic
- Expenses greater than $1K and all expert expenses must be submitted directly to assigned claim professional
