Munich Re (5150) Ebilled /Quarterly billing – LegalX – stale time over 90 days will be rejected

• Counsel shall acknowledge via email acceptance or rejection of new assignment within 24 hours of receipt of assignment upon with the claim’s professional
• Attorney time on a task or activity suitable for a paralegal will not be paid
• Counsel should consult the claims professional when any vendor or professional services engaged is anticipated to exceed $5,000
• Extended Workday will not be allowed across files (10 hours) without written approval
• Research Client approval needed for research over five (5) hours (approval must be referenced on entry)
• Staffed with no more than one partner (additional partners require client approval)
• Multiple attendance requires prior approval
• Travel time bill at 50% of the hourly rate (must note “no travel” if none included in attendance)
• Preferred Vendors Counsel should obtain approval from the claim’s professional in advance of use of any non-preferred vendor
