Glatfelter Claims Management (6800) monthly unless under $500 emailed
- Staffing - no more than three individuals: the lead attorney, an associate, and a paralegal
- Legal research exceeding five (3) hours requires client authorization
- Multiple attendance requires prior approval (calls, depositions, trials, etc.). If exceptional circumstances arise, prior written approval from handler must be attached to the invoice submitted to LegalX
- Long Distance Travel time must include (billed 50% time)
- Airplane travel should be coach class and, if possible, by discounted fares
- Local Travel IR approved per mile rate parking and tolls accepted Costs incurred for local business travel, such as taxis, subways, buses or car services is reimbursable. However, giving due consideration to safety and efficiency, you are expected to travel by the least expensive means available. Travel in excess of 60 miles must be billed at ½ the attorneys hourly rate starting at mile 1. Mileage should be billed only at the current rate permitted by the IRS. Note: GCM may request the waiver of all billing for travel time for attorneys serving as oversight and/or national trial counsel.
