Beazley Group (4500 & 4550) Ebilled Quarterly billing (no invoice under $1k unless final) – Legal-X
- Staffing by more than one attorney, requires prior approval from the claim handler assigned to the case.
- Individual workday shall not exceed ten (10) hours per day, except during trial, due to billable travel, or with handlers prior written approval
- Multiple attendance requires prior approval (calls, depositions, trials, etc.). If exceptional circumstances arise, prior written approval from handler must be attached to the invoice submitted to LegalX
- Long Distance Travel time must include (billed 50% time)

- Travel time and work time cannot be combined – please only bill for travel time mileage will not be reimbursed (even with client approval)
- Economy airfare/accommodations is preferred (note “free upgrade based on personal miles”)
- Scanning, downloading, uploading and updating a database are not billable
- Legal research exceeding five (5) hours requires client authorization - copy of the research work product and analysis should be forwarded to the claim handler (online research will not be paid e.g., Lexis and Westlaw)
- Expenses over $2,500 require prior written approval
