Partners other than RHN, RSM and DIG may incur reductions performing tasks considered partner level; and RHN, RSM and DIG may incur reductions due to tasks deemed associate level by Global
- Travel time must include (billed 50% time)
- Will not pay for charges for attempted phone calls or leaving or retrieving messages.
- Bill cycle 1 quarter max - time and expenses more than 90 days older than the date on which the bill is submitted may be deducted and not paid (we received a soft warning last month)
- Cannot bill over more than 10 hours across files in one day
- Send Lexitas & Ontellus expenses directly to the client for payment
Global Indemnity has entered into a contract with Lexitas Court Reporting to provide exclusive Court Reporting services on a national basis. The only exception to the use of Lexitas is in those jurisdictions where such court reporting arrangements are prohibited. Lexitas will be contacting you directly in the near future to schedule a training session. Finally, Global Indemnity has entered into an exclusive contract with Ontellus for all record retrieval/record copy services. Please be further advised that invoices from non-approved vendors will no longer be honored.
