New Incentive Program
Southern California partners Jeff “Lamborgini” Labovitch and Katherine “Maserati” Mast have announced a new incentive program to get the California lawyers to increase their billable hours (although billable hours are not a requirement at this firm and should not be mentioned around clients). This is how it works: the first attorney who bills 3,000 hours for the year starting with time entered April 1, 2016 gets a new Tesla !!! Lawyer gets to pick the complete color of the car and car comes with a legal assistant to take dictation and enter time while the lawyer is on the road. Great idea Jeff and Katherine!!
Notice to Employees
Now that the firm web site has featured the Los Angeles office for two years, it is time to switch things up and feature the San Diego lawyers since there are as many of them as there are LA lawyers. Bob Marshall also announced that if he will be moving to So. Calif. and prefers SD over LA. He won’t be moving until his kids graduate from high school, but in the meantime would like a large corner office with a nice view, access to the gym in the office (isn’t there a gym?), and since he bills a lot, one of those Teslas.
