CLE Presentation-- “Missouri Law Considerations"

Cody Moon and Lauren Keilin will present a CLE Presentation entitled, “Missouri Law Considerations”. The presentation will focus on recent legislative developments and their impact on claims handling.  The presentation will also provide an in-depth analysis of significant case law and discuss considerations to be had when defending under a reservation of rights.

Attendance at this session is mandatory for attorneys who started at the firm in the past 24 months.  All other attorneys are welcome to attend.

Lunch will be provided in the Chicago office.
