This is a two part seminar:

  1. California claims training – 1 hour.  Refresher on California insurance regulations, including timing and content of communications.
  2. Suspended corporations and defaults – half hour.  What are the insurer’s options in California when the insured is a suspended corporation? What action should be considered where a default has been taken against your insured?

Lunch will be provided in the Boston office. CLE Credit will be available. CE Credit will not.
