Firmwide CLE Presentation -- “Coverage Outliers”

Patricia Daza-Luu, James Ellison, Rona Eli and Nicholas Kelly will be presenting a firmwide CLE presentation, “Coverage Outliers”. During the presentation, the presenters will discuss eight states with unusual coverage rules that present additional risks for insurers. These rules cover claims handling, settlement procedures, substantive coverage law and more. Each presenter will discuss two jurisdictions’ rules and what the takeaway is for insurers.

All are encouraged to attend. We hope to have a great turn out! As always, lunch will be provided in the Chicago office.
