If the attached is acceptable, we would like to apply this rate structure to all new cases assigned to the firm from January 1, 2014 - December 31, 2015. The rates applicable for a particular file would remain applicable to the assignment until the case in concluded.
Enclosed is a copy of Ironshore's Litigation Management Guidelines and Case Evaluation Report Template. We would request that you adhere to such guidelines as Ironshore Claims may reasonably require in handling of a matter.
