ProSight (1500) Ebilled - $25k/quarterly threshold unless otherwise agreed
- Multiple attendance requires prior approval
- Research Client approval needed for research over 3 hours
- Expenses over $1,000 submitted as separate invoice on LegalX
- Line item description must include sufficient details of the expense and the name of service provider
- Submit final invoices immediately
- Submit invoices quarterly in Legal-X and within 120 days of the date of the activity
- ProSight will not accept invoices submitted after 120 days of the date of the activity
- Attorney travel time will be paid at half (½) the attorney’s hourly rate (indicate in time entry)
- The claims professional has the authority to approve one (1) liability and/or one (1) damages expert per assignment
- Additional authority for any experts must be received in writing from the Chief Claims Officer
