This letter represents our annual requirements of the firm with regards to making instructions of you on individual cases, we hereby request that you adhere to the following for the year commencing back from 01/01/2015 which will enable us to utilize your firm.
We will require that you provide us with a list of your attorneys and their areas of expertise along with their hourly rates. On cases where the lawyer wishes to utilize the services of a junior lawyer, Associate or paralegal, then their hourly rate needs to be advised along with an explanation for the purpose of use.
Upon our initial instruction you will need to acknowledge the case along with the above within 48 hours or sooner if appropriate in writing via email. All documents concerning the assigned claim will be forwarded to your firms' attention as a matter of urgency along with the Adjusters and any other experts' reports instructed previously on the case in question.
Upon receipt of said documentation you should be in a position to provide an initial assessment of the case along with the quantum of claim within 30 working days or sooner including an estimate of fees in order to bring the case to a conclusion once you have reviewed the file materials.
