I plotted to smuggle sourdough starter from Europe, but my conscience got the better of me. Outside of work, I enjoy reading and discovering interesting restaurants. I am also actively exploring good running routes in Oakland (please let me know if you have any recommendations).
I was born in Chengdu, China, a “small city” of 20 million people east of Himalayas otherwise known as pandas’ hometown. I’ve been in the U.S. for over 12 years and moved across the country three times (also spent a semester in Germany). I hope to end my semi-nomadic life here in California.
